Marshall Howard

Mr. Howard joined the Company in March, 2007. Mr. Howard has over 15 years of senior management experience in multiple roles including Operations, Finance, Network Planning, and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to joining T3, he was VP of Network Technology and Business Development of Cleartel Communications. Prior to this, he served as VP of Access Revenue and Cost at Choice One Communications, VP of Operations at Con Edison Communications and VP of Local Operations at Talk America.

He has also helped start two CLECs. Mr. Howard earned a BS in Physics from Rhodes College, a MSEE from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
