Adam Sewall, President & Chief

| Mr. Sewall joined the Company in
January 2007 and is currently the President and Chief
Executive Officer. Mr. Sewall has over 16 years of
experience in the telecommunications industry. He has
previously held positions as CEO, COO and CMO of various
companies and has also managed global business units in
sales, operations, manufacturing and finance. Recently he
managed sales, business development, investor relations and
global operations for fastmobile. Prior to this he was a
venture partner at Comventures a $2B venture capital fund,
serving as a board advisor and interim CEO for several
telecomm companies such as Dynamicsoft (sold to Cisco) and
HereUAre as well as Chairman of Vantage Broadband. He has
held executive positions as COO and then CEO at Spectrum
Wireless. Mr. Sewall served as an executive with Verizon
(previously NYNEX/Bell Atlantic Mobile) where he worked on
the successful merger between the two companies and held
various responsibilities in sales, marketing, operations and
strategic planning. He was also an early director at
Omnipoint which sold to Voicestream now T-mobile for $11.9B
in 1999. Mr. Sewall earned his BS Degree in Business
Management in 1989 from State University NY, Empire College.
He has completed numerous undergraduate and graduate level
courses and professional development programs as well as
receiving certifications on various technologies from
Bellcore, Nortel, Siemens and others. Mr. Sewall also has
multiple patent applications and shared publications in
areas ranging from antenna design, security algorithms,
market strategies and finance. |

Steven C. Jones - Chairman of

| During his 18-year professional
career, Mr. Jones has held several senior executive
positions with both private and public early stage
corporations and was an Investment Banker for eight
years. From 2001 until the present, Mr. Jones has been a
Managing Director of Aspen Capital Advisors, a Naples,
FL-based management consulting and financial advisory
firm, which he founded. At Aspen, Mr. Jones advised
early stage companies in different industries on growth
initiatives, capital raising and mergers and
acquisitions activity. Prior to Aspen, among other
positions, Mr. Jones was Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer for CTC Communications Group.
CTC is the largest competitive telecommunications
carrier in the New England and mid Atlantic regions. At
CTC, Mr. Jones was a key architect of repositioning CTC
from NYNEX's largest sales agent to a full
facilities-based telecommunications carrier using IP +
ATM packet switching technologies. During his tenure at
CTC, Mr. Jones raised $135 million of capital and
increased the market capitalization of the Company by
350%. Prior to CTC Communications, Mr. Jones was an
Investment Banker in Merrill Lynch's Global
Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group,
headquartered in New York City. Mr. Jones received a
Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering
from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |

Randall P. Henderson, Jr. -
Director, Vice-Chairman |

| During his 24-year professional
career, Mr. Henderson has been involved in several
entrepreneurial initiatives. From 1987 until present,
Mr. Henderson has served as President of the Corbin
Henderson Company, an Investment Real Estate Company
located in Fort Myers, FL. Prior to that, Mr. Henderson
was a Vice President, Commercial Lending at NCNB Bank
from 1979-1986. Mr. Henderson serves as a member of the
City Council of Fort Myers, a member of the Board of
Directors of First Community Bank of Fort Myers, and is
a past President of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of
Commerce. Mr. Henderson earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration from Mars Hill
College. |

Stuart P. Conrad, CFA-
Director |

 |
| Mr. Conrad has 24 years of
experience in the telecommunications and related
industries. Most recently, he was co-founder of 3
Squared Capital Advisors, a firm established to make
investments in the telecommunications industry. Prior to
3 Squared Capital Advisors, he was Managing Director and
Head of the North American Telecommunications Research
Group at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. His focus included
all segments of the telecommunications industry. In that
capacity, he was selected, on multiple occasions, as a
Wall Street Journal ³All Star² for stock picking. Prior
to that he held management positions in Investor
Relations and Corporate Planning at MCI and was a
Communications Officer with the U.S. Air Force. After
leaving active-duty, he continued to serve as a member
of the Air Force Reserves where his final assignment was
Chief, White House Liaison Branch under President George
H. W. Bush. Mr. Conrad has served as a member of
numerous Boards of Directors including
telecommunications companies, financial organizations,
and charitable non-profitable organizations. He received
his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
from the United States Air Force Academy and a Masters
Degree in Corporate Finance from the College of William
and Mary. Mr. Conrad was awarded the designation of
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1994. |

| Since 1982, Mr. Shimp has been
the President of Owens-Ames-Kimball Company, the largest
general contractor in Lee County Florida with annual
revenues of approximately $135 million. Mr. Shimp is
currently on the Board of Directors for Colonial
BankGroup in Southwest Florida and has served in the
past as a Director of the Miami Branch of the Sixth
District Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (two terms) a
Director of SunTrust Southwest Florida, a member of the
Executive Board for the State of Florida Chamber of
Commerce, and four years on the Twentieth Circuit
Judicial Nominating Commission. Mr. Shimp earned his
Bachelor of Arts from Denison University in 1970,
Bachelor of Civil Engineering Summa Cum Laude from Ohio
State University in 1973, and Master of Science in 1974
with a Construction Management emphasis. |

Tad M. Yeatter - Director |

| During his 27-year professional
career, Mr. Yeatter has been involved in starting and
funding numerous businesses and local real estate investment
trusts. He is currently CEO of Schooner Bay Realty, Inc., a
real estate development, sales and management firm. Mr.
Yeatter is an expert in formulating and executing strategic
marketing initiatives. Mr. Yeatter is currently providing
this assistance to T3 Communications. He is also involved in
numerous community activities. Mr. Yeatter attended Ohio
State University. |
