Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

CPNI is information related to your (our customer) telecommunications services.  CPNI includes information such as  what T3 services you utilize, how you use them, as well as your call detail information including to whom, where and when you make calls. This CPNI information is protected by specific laws and regulations and as such we are fully committed to comply with these.  With your consent, T3 is permitted to use CPNI to offer you new and different products and services.  You have the right and opportunity to restrict our use of your CPNI for such use by “opting out.”

Please include your Customer Name, Billing Address, Account Number, and main telephone number with your notice.  Note that changing your CPNI consent will not affect your existing services.
