| Mr. Sewall joined the Company in
January 2007 and is currently the President and Chief
Executive Officer. Mr. Sewall has over 16 years of
experience in the telecommunications industry. He has
previously held positions as CEO, COO and CMO of various
companies and has also managed global business units in
sales, operations, manufacturing and finance. Recently he
managed sales, business development, investor relations and
global operations for fastmobile. Prior to this he was a
venture partner at Comventures a $2B venture capital fund,
serving as a board advisor and interim CEO for several
telecomm companies such as Dynamicsoft (sold to Cisco) and
HereUAre as well as Chairman of Vantage Broadband. He has
held executive positions as COO and then CEO at Spectrum
Wireless. Mr. Sewall served as an executive with Verizon
(previously NYNEX/Bell Atlantic Mobile) where he worked on
the successful merger between the two companies and held
various responsibilities in sales, marketing, operations and
strategic planning. He was also an early director at
Omnipoint which sold to Voicestream now T-mobile for $11.9B
in 1999. Mr. Sewall earned his BS Degree in Business
Management in 1989 from State University NY, Empire College.
He has completed numerous undergraduate and graduate level
courses and professional development programs as well as
receiving certifications on various technologies from
Bellcore, Nortel, Siemens and others. Mr. Sewall also has
multiple patent applications and shared publications in
areas ranging from antenna design, security algorithms,
market strategies and finance. |

Marshall Howard, VP

 |
| Mr. Howard joined the Company in
March, 2007. Mr. Howard has over 15 years of senior
management experience in multiple roles including
Operations, Finance, Network Planning, and Regulatory
Affairs. Prior to joining T3, he was VP of Network
Technology and Business Development of Cleartel
Communications. Prior to this, he served as VP of Access
Revenue and Cost at Choice One Communications, VP of
Operations at Con Edison Communications and VP of Local
Operations at Talk America. He has also helped start two
CLECs. Mr. Howard earned a BS in Physics from Rhodes
College, a MSEE from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA
from Southern Methodist University. |
